Greetings!
I am having a problem with the Android yWriter app. Phone is Android version 9, yWriter is v2023.28.01.232801 from the Google Play Store.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a yWriter project (a filename ending in .yw7 from a project folder) on Dropbox
My keyboard is Gboard, in the Google Play store at: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.inputmethod.latin
Gboard settings:
Text correction: Auto-correction is turned on. Auto-capitalization is turned on. (Other text correction options are turned on as well. I can send a complete list of my Gboard settings if needed.)
Voice typing: "Use voice typing" is turned on.
This is "systemic." I can't find any text input field in yWriter which correctly executes sentence capitalization from soft the keyboard or voice dictation.
Please fix this problem!
Thank you so much!

I am having a problem with the Android yWriter app. Phone is Android version 9, yWriter is v2023.28.01.232801 from the Google Play Store.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a yWriter project (a filename ending in .yw7 from a project folder) on Dropbox
2. Navigate to a chapter and then a scene.
3. Click on [EDIT] button in the lower right-hand side of the app
4. Tap below "SCENE," in the area where one would enter words from the on-screen keyboard.
5. The on-screen keyboard (Gboard, in my case) appears
6. I tap on the microphone icon of the Gboard keyboard and start speaking.
7. The text is entered, but none of the first words of sentences are capitalized.
8. Note that at the end of a sentence, I will say "period" or "question mark" or "exclamation point" so that the correct punctuation will appear. The punctuation correctly appears, but the next sentence doesn't begin with a capital letter.
9. Note that when I use Gboard without using dictation, e.g. simply tapping letters, or glide typing, the app does NOT correctly capitalize sentences. It appears this is a systemic problem between Gboard and yWriter apps.
Gboard version: 14.3.10.637860732 release arm64 v8a
I would imagine Gboard is the default keyboard for the vast majority of Android users.
